Outstanding process PID function

Two groups of PID parameters are provided, smooth transition and switchover of two groups of PID parameters can be conducted according to external control terminal, operation frequency, linear velocity, size of rolling diameter, computed value of arithmetic unit. One method will be suitable for field operation conditions.

Tension Closed-loop Speed Mode

PID closed-loop regulation signal consist of tension signal of tension feedback element and the given tension control signal, the above signal and the matching frequency signal of feedfordward element can be applied for regulating motor speed and maintaining constant tension after signal synthesis.

Tension Closed-loop Torque Mode

PID closed-loop regulation signal consists of tension signal of tension feedback element and the given tension control signal, the above signal and the given torque signal of feedfordward element can be applied for regulating motor output torque and maintaining constant tension after signal synthesis.

Tension Open-loop Torque Mode

Featuring with simple target tension setting, self-adjusting initial & sliding friction compensation torque, and excellent field adaptability, recommended operation condition with PG vector control mode and low requirement for tension control, or without PG vector control mode.
